By doing so, it aims to provide valuable insights for lawmakers, activists, academics, and global policymakers. These insights can help shape strategies and allocate resources to address the diverse needs of displaced individuals and communities, as well as the host societies.
This pilot study focuses on contextualizing climate- and conflict-induced displacements in two major cities, Karachi and Islamabad, representing the South and North of Pakistan, respectively. Through this exploration, we aim to create a comprehensive map of the ecosystem of violence within displacement scenarios.
