This anthology serves as a comprehensive resource pack on displacement, offering a collection of community profiles, authentic voices, and compelling photo stories. Its primary objective is to illuminate the challenges faced by displaced communities, who often bear the brunt of discrimination.

In a broader context, this anthology endeavors to document the intricate web of violence within the realm of displacement. By doing so, it aims to provide valuable insights for lawmakers, activists, academics, and global policymakers. These insights can help shape strategies and allocate resources to address the diverse needs of displaced individuals and communities, as well as the host societies.

This pilot study focuses on contextualizing climate- and conflict-induced displacements in two major cities, Karachi and Islamabad, representing the South and North of Pakistan, respectively. Through this exploration, we aim to create a comprehensive map of the ecosystem of violence within displacement scenarios.
